What installation services are available?

NewAge Products offers Standard and Premium Installation Service packages, with knowledgeable, bonded and insured local contractors who are trained on installing our products. Our Installation Services packages include moving your product to the desired location, unpacking all of your items, installation and mounting (when applicable), leveling of products, and clean up of all product packaging for disposal. Visit our website to learn more about our Installation Services options. The cost of the installation is dependent on the number of pieces in your set. Pricing will be available on each product page

NewAge Products offers a Garage Planning Guide and free 3D Design Services Services to help you plan the perfect set to fit your space. Makes sure to include your space dimensions, and attach pictures of your space on the online form before you submit your request.

What are the dimensions of your products?

Dimensions for all of our products can be found on each of the product pages on our website.

What are the gauges of steel?

Bold Series 3.0 cabinet frames are made from 24 gauge steel, and Pro Series 3.0 cabinet frames are made from 18 gauge steel.

Is it possible to have all the locks the same?

The same key can be used for all Pro Series 3.0 and Bold Series 3.0 cabinets. However, the only difference is in the lock cylinder for all tool cabinets. You can use the same key, but it needs to turn 180 degrees. In all other cabinets, the lock cylinder is a 90 degree turn.

My tool drawer is locked and the key is inside

The lock can be disengaged by turning the cabinet upside down, however if the tool drawer does not disengage, please call us at 1.877.306.8930 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

The cabinets are stuck inside the locker, how do I get them out?

You can easily remove the doors of the locker to retrieve the cabinets inside. To remove the locker cabinet doors, follow the step-by-step instructions that are located in the product instruction guide. The steps may vary based on product and model.

Are the doors adjustable?

Yes, the doors are adjustable, however, only the Performance Plus has a 6-way adjustable European hinge. All other cabinets (Pro, Bold, and Performance Series) do not have adjustable hinges.

My lock on the cabinet is too short, how do I fix this?

A shelf needs to be placed centrally in the cabinet so when the lock is engaged, the latch hooks to the bottom lip of the shelf.

I have lost my key for the tool cabinet, or my tool cabinet is locked and I cannot open it

If you have lost your key for your tool cabinet, or if you are unable to unlock your cabinet, please contact our customer service team at: support@newageproducts.com or call us at 1.877.306.8930 and select the option to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please have your order number readily available.

My doors/drawers do not close properly

Complete and submit the Replacement Form and make sure that you include the following in your form:

Is it possible to get touch-up paint for my products?

If you would like to make a request for touch-up paint for your products, please contact our Customer Service team at: support@newageproducts.com or call us at 1.877.306.8930 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please have your order number readily available.

Am I able to alter configuration of my cabinets?

Yes, you can alter the configuration of your cabinets, however, keep in mind the number and sizes of worktops included with your set, and also be aware that depending on your desired configuration, you may need to purchase extra brackets to support the worktops.

Can I purchase more locker, wall cabinet or base cabinet shelves?

Am I able to substitute cabinets?

If you are purchasing cabinets in a set, the cabinets come as a bundled package and are not able to be substituted. However, you are able to purchase individual cabinets to create your own set configuration, or you may purchase additional cabinets from certain online retailers or through shopnewage.com You can also contact one of our 3D Design Services team to help you plan the perfect set to fit your space. Makes sure to include your space dimensions, and attach pictures of your space on the online form before you submit your request.

Where can I access installation manuals for my products?

Can I modify a cabinet set I found on your site?

Most of our products are designed to be modular, so you can mix and match cabinets to build your ideal storage solution. Contact our Design Team to get a free 3D visualization of your space, or just to get your questions answered!

Are their unique keys for each of my cabinets?

The keys you receive with your order will all lock and unlock any cabinet in your set. We suggest you place one of your spare keys in a safe spot where it won’t get lost.

I’ve locked my key inside my cabinet. How can I get them out?

For Tool Cabinets, the lock can be disengaged by turning the cabinet upside down. For Lockers, you can remove the doors by following step by step instructions that are located in the manual. To order replacement keys for your cabinet set, please fill out our Replacement Form or contact our Customer Service team.

What should I clean my Stainless Steel cabinets with?

To clean your stainless steel cabinets you can use a soft cloth with soap and water, or common stainless steel cleaners.

Are garage cabinet doors adjustable?

Our garage cabinet doors do not have adjustable hinges, as they are designed to precisely install, side-by-side, with other cabinet doors.

Can I purchase more locker, wall cabinet or base cabinet shelves

My order looks like I’m missing garage cabinets. What do I do?

Some of our garage cabinets come nested inside the locker cabinets, for efficient shipping.Accept your order from the delivery driver, and unbox your cabinets to verify if you are missing anything from your order. After unboxing your shipment, if you notice any missing items, follow these steps:

The doors or drawers on my garage cabinets do not close properly?

For proper functioning of doors and drawers, it’s very important that your cabinets are leveled and squared. Do you customize cabinets?

NewAge Products does not customize cabinets, our cabinets ship fully-assembled. However, our cabinets are modular and can be arranged in a configuration that suits your space, with accessories to meet all your organization needs. NewAge Products offers planning guides and a free 3D design service to help you plan the perfect set to fit your space. For more information visit our Design Services page.

What is the difference between a light adapter and a connector?

The LED light adapter includes one LED light strip, as well as a power adapter to plug into an outlet. The LED light connector includes one LED light strip, as well as a connecting wire to run to another LED light strip. You require one LED light adapter to power up to 3 additional connector lights (4 total LED light strips)

What does RTA mean?

RTA stands for Ready To Assemble. A Ready To Assemble cabinet means the lockers are flat packed and would require you to assemble and install the cabinet.

Is the Bold Series 48 in. RTA Locker welded?

No, this is not a welded structure and requires customers to assemble the full cabinet.

What is the weight capacity of the Bold Series 48 in. RTA Locker?

The Locker has a claimed load capacity of 800 lbs when installed with feet and 500 lbs when installed without feet. All cabinets are required to be secured to the wall.

What type of warranty does the Bold 3.0 Cabinetry Series have?

The Bold 3.0 Cabinetry Series have a limited lifetime warranty. However, please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty.

What is the weight capacity of the set?

The total weight capacity of the set is 1400 lbs. 800 lbs for the locker, 100 lbs for the wall cabinet and 500 lbs for the complete workbench.

Can I connect the cabinets to the Garage Essential Set?

Yes, the Garage Essential was designed to allow for future expansion. Customers are able to connect all Bold Series cabinets to the set, increasing their garage storage solution.

Can I assemble the wall and workbench on either side of the locker?

Yes. The set was designed so customers can mount accordingly with their preference.

Can I use the workbench separate from the locker?

No. The workbench is designed to be attached to the locker and the wall. This will ensure the whole structure is strong and secure for use.

What is the material of the backsplash?

The backsplash is made of PVC.

Can I adjust the workbench shelf?

No. The workbench shelf is fixed into position.

What is the worktop material?

Customers can choose between bamboo and stainless steel worktops.

Is there any assembly required?

Yes. Customers are expected to assemble the workbench and secure the full set to the wall.
