- The disposal of garbage or old cabinetry that was present prior to the install
- The filling and patching of drywall holes or painting
- Utility connections including water lines, gas lines or propane tanks
- The acquisition of permits, zoning variances, or homeowner approvals necessary to the installation, or checking to ensure the work areas are up- to-date with current building codes and standards
