NewAge Products offers Standard and Premium Installation Service packages, with knowledgeable, bonded and insured local contractors who are trained on installing our products. Our Installation Services packages include moving your product to the desired location, unpacking all of your items, installation and mounting (when applicable), leveling of products, and clean up of all product packaging for disposal. I would like to see and feel the product. Where can I go to see it?

Accepted Answer

We primarily use online re-sellers to retail and distribute our products. If you want to touch/feel one of our cabinets, we suggest ordering one wall cabinet, and if it doesn’t meet your needs or expectations, you can easily return it – hassle free. Be sure to keep all packaging materials for the return.

What are the dimensions of a Pro 3.0 36" Locker Cabinet?

The Pro 3.0 Locker Cabinet is 36"W x 24"D x 80" H. The adjustable legs range from 3.25" to 4.75", bringing the height of this cabinet to 83.25" to 84.75".

Can casters be installed to the base cabinets and still be able to fit underneath the installed work top?

If casters are installed to the base cabinet this would prevent the cabinet from fitting underneath the work top. All base cabinets per counter top will need to move and be installed as one piece. You are able to connect the base cabinets to each other, and then attach the work top, so that the cabinets move as one unit.

Are all the locks the same key?

Yes, all of the locks are keyed the same.

If the cabinets are installed without the feet to the wall (floating cabinet), is the weight capacity the same?

Accepted Answer

The weight would be the same if installed correctly, please note the brackets that come with the cabinets are meant for easy installation, the cabinets must be secured to the wall using the supplied hardware for maximum strength.

Can I install the cabinets on a concrete wall?

Accepted Answer

The hardware that is provided with order is only for studded walls, please visit your local hardware store for the proper masonry mounting hardware. The instruction manual includes the details for this type of installation.

I want to install the cabinets on slat wall. Do you have special brackets for this?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are able to purchase slat wall brackets that are compatible with most 3 inch on-center sized slat walls. You will need 2x 24" Slat wall bracket for mounting each Pro 3.0 36" Locker cabinet.

The Pro 3.0 series has a Limited Lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

The Pro 3.0 series has 18 gauge steel frames and 19 gauge double-walled door fronts.

Can casters be installed on the locker units?

Accepted Answer

The casters are not designed to be installed on the locker units. This could also cause a tipping hazard and is not recommended.

The adjustable leg ranges from 3.25 to 4.75 inches and so it has the capability to adjust within 1.5 inches when levelling your cabinets.

Yes the faucet aerator can be removed to reveal threads that allow a faucet hose adapter to thread in. Then a garden hose can be threaded to the hose adapter.

Yes, to ensure drain and sink are free of any leakage we recommend using plumbers putty to seal the drain to the sink.

Any standard faucet that fits inside a 38mm faucet hole will work.

Yes, We recommend dogs small to medium size who can comfortably fit within the 37in x 14in x 9in sink space. The strainer in our drain can catch clumps of fur so that your pipelines remain clear.

Yes, the sink cabinet features a cut out in the back panel that allow water intake angle valves into the cabinet.
