TIKKA MASALA SAUCE

1 cup Plain Yogurt
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
2 tsps. Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat grill to a low-medium setting.
  2. Soak skewers in water for 1-2 hours before assembling.
  3. Place yogurt, finely chopped garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin and salt into a small bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Chop each package of paneer into 8 cubes and set aside with washed mushrooms.
  5. Place 2 cubes of paneer and 3 mushrooms on each skewer alternating as you desire.
  6. Place all skewers on platter and brush tikka masala sauce over them, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Place skewers on grill, cooking while turning for approximately 10 mins or until paneer and mushrooms have softened.
