Whether your grill is connected to a natural gas line, or a propane tank, take these steps to make sure your hose is positioned safely:
Ensure your grill is off and cooled down. Remove the grease tray.
Kneel down and look in the cavity for the hose at the left-hand side of the grill.
If the hose is bunched up, or touching the firebox, pull the gas hose from the bottom of the cabinet until any excess line is removed.
Check the hose for signs of melting or damage. If damage has occurred, or you are unsure of how to check then contact us now.
SAFETY STEP 2
Whether your grill is connected to a natural gas line, or a propane tank, take these steps to make sure your hose is positioned safely:
Locate the electrical cable on the back of your grill.
Ensure the excess cable is not pushed into the hole at the back of the grill, and is fully extended outside of the grill.
If the cable was inside the unit, pull the cable out and check for any damage on the cord.
If you noticed that your cable is damaged, contact our NewAge Customer Support Team.

SAFETY STEP 4
Whether your grill is connected to a natural gas line, or a propane tank, take these steps to make sure your hose is positioned safely:
Ensure that all grill control knobs are in the off position.
Turn on the fuel supply.
FOR NATURAL GAS
Turn the valve handle 1/4 turn to align with the gas flow
FOR PROPANE GAS
Turn the cylinder valve knob counterclockwise 1 full rotation
Brush or spray a half-and-half solution of liquid soap and water onto all joints and connections of the regulator, hose, manifolds and valves.
Bubbles will indicate a gas leak. IMMEDIATELY turn off the gas supply and do not use the grill until contacting a qualified gas fitter to replace faulty parts.
SAFETY STEP 5
Never leave your grill unattended.
Don’t grill in an enclosed area.
Make sure your grill is on a flat, sturdy surface, and away from your house.
Be cautious of flammable objects like grill covers, clothing, overhanging trees, or backyard decorations.
Keep children and pets away from the grilling area.
Ensure you removed the protective film from your insert grill cabinet before first use.
SAFETY STEP 6
Using your grill in windy conditions may disrupt the front-to-back airflow. If, while grilling with all burners on high and the hood closed, you notice that the temperature gauge fails to rise… be careful.
If wind has kept hot gases from exiting the rear of the grill, the control panel and knobs may have become extremely hot. Any damage caused from use in windy conditions, such as melted knobs or igniter wires, or control panel discoloration from heat buildup, is excluded from warranty coverage.
