Manager - Consumer Insights will be responsible for supporting the Acting Senior Manager – Consumer Insights, in the development and execution of the consumer insights & analytics strategy for the organization. The manager will partner with multiple stakeholders, including product development, sales, digital marketing, and marketing teams, to drive actionable insights that elevate business performance. Key responsibilities include:  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage quantitative research projects,
    including brand health trackers, to provide actionable insights for brand strategy and development. 
  • Lead the execution of primary research studies, including
    usage and attitude surveys, price/product/concept testing, etc. 
  • Designing and executing market research studies to
    understand consumer preferences, behaviors, and attitudes. 
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends,
    patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    research objectives align with overall business goals and strategies. 
  • Create clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and
    presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to executive and
    non-executive audiences. 
  • Leverage industry reports and competitor analysis tools
    to generate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business
    recommendations. 
  • Identify and utilize sources of high-quality data to
    develop recommendations to support long term strategic business objectives. 
  • Manage the engagement of marketing research projects,
    including external research suppliers, to ensure the research is executed in an
    accurate and timely manner. 
  • Assist the Senior Manager to collaborate with cross
    functional teams for programme management, post providing recommendations on
    projects. 
  • Manage the monthly deliverables for VoC program.  

Qualifications Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative market research, either in a
research agency or on the client side, with specific expertise in brand health tracking and other primary research methodologies such as usage and attitude studies, price/concept/product testing. Strong analytical skills, excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain execution of tasks in project focused times and experience with analysis of large data sets are also required. Expertise in using survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics,
Momentive, etc.) is preferred.
