How many design collections exist to choose from?

There are three main design collections for the sofas and complementary furniture items. There is also a group of universal furniture pieces that can be mixed and matched with different collections.

What materials are being used for outdoor furniture construction?

All outdoor furniture frames and structural components are made of 304 stainless steel, powder-coated aluminum, premium grade A natural teak, woven rope, or PVC wicker.

Do the outdoor furniture items come assembled, or will we need to put them together?

Most of the furniture is knockdown, but some are fully assembled with minor setup steps; please check with Customer Service while ordering. The knockdown furniture could be assembled by the customer by following the instructions provided in the manual.

Are the outdoor furniture components rustproof?

Yes, all the outdoor furniture metal components are outdoor-rated by being made of rustproof materials and manufacturing processes like 304 Stainless Steel and powder-coated aluminum.

Do the outdoor furniture collections offer the modular sectional sofa configuration?

Yes, all NewAge Products outdoor sofa collections are having a modular design and can be configured for multiple seating capacities. Only the Monterey sofa collection contains the corner unit to build the L-shaped seating configurations.

Are NewAge outdoor furniture items designed according to the ergonomic standards?

Yes, all NewAge outdoor furniture products, specifically the sofas and the chairs have gone through the comprehensive ergonomic studies, analysis, and evaluation processes to ensure all the specifications are according to the human factors and body dimensions standards.

What is the furniture design style of the NewAge outdoor furniture?

The Monterey collection has a modern and contemporary design, while the Rhodes and Lakeside collections offer transitional design styles.

How can the teak components be maintained?

NewAge outdoor furniture uses premium Grade A teak, and to maintain the quality of the teak, customers can use natural teak oils, which are recommended in the installation manual.

Are NewAge teak surfaces stain-resistant?

The natural teak material is not stain resistant, so any liquid like water should be cleaned immediately from the teak surface using the soft cloth as per the instructions explained in the installation manual.

Can I change the sofa configuration in the future by adding extra seats to the sectional set?

Yes, the modular design of all NewAge sofa collections enables customers to reconfigure their sectional sofa sets by adding the desired seat and back modules in addition to the legs.

Are there any special tools required to build the furniture?

The entire furniture collection is designed to be bolted, and no specialty tools or modifications are required.

How do I clean and maintain the outdoor patio furniture?

Yes, there are different ways to care for and maintain the furniture based on the materials. Make sure to read the care and maintenance instructions in the IMs.

Do your Outdoor Furniture comes with a warranty?

Yes, NewAge outdoor furniture comes with a warranty for the different materials used.

Does the Monterey corner sofa unit use the same seat base as the regular sofas?

No, the Monterey corner sofa unit has a specifically designed seat base that comes with the corner column leg. The corner unit also requires the corner armrest, which is designed specifically for the corner configuration.

How can I mix and match the Monterey collection’s different material options?

Monterey Aluminum Patio Chairs and Aluminum-Teak Patio Chairs can match Monterey Aluminum complementary items. The Monterey SS-Teak Patio Chair can match Monterey Stainless Steel complementary items.

What are the different sizes of sofas available in the Monterey Collection?

Given that the Monterey collection is modular, a sofa can range from a single seat to as many seats as desired. Adding a corner seat allows the consumer to create a sectional sofa of the desired length.

What are the additional furniture items that can be paired with the Monterey sofa?

The Monterey sofas can be paired with a coffee table, side table, ottoman, and umbrellas.
