How to Install Home Countertop

Complete your kitchen set with our beautiful Home Countertop.

NewAge offers four countertop materials for outdoor kitchens: 304 stainless steel (NSF certified), Dekton ultra-compact sintered stone, engineered stone, and natural granite. Each material has distinct performance characteristics. Use the comparison guide to evaluate scratch resistance, stain resistance, maintenance needs, and compatibility.
Dekton and engineered stone both achieve maximum ratings for scratch and impact resistance, stain resistance, durability, and maintenance ease. Stainless steel is rated maximum for durability and stain resistance with slightly lower scratch resistance than stone. Granite rates very high for durability with moderate maintenance requirements for sealing.
Stainless steel and granite countertops are compatible with both the Signature Series and Classic Series outdoor kitchens. Dekton and engineered stone are compatible with the Classic Series only. Confirm your cabinet series before selecting a countertop material.
Stainless steel countertops carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Dekton countertops carry a 25-Year Limited Warranty. Engineered stone countertops carry a 15-Year Limited Warranty. Granite countertops carry a 15-Year Limited Warranty.
Dekton is an ultra-compact sintered stone made from a high-tech mineral blend. It features zero porosity, extreme temperature stability, UV resistance, scratch and abrasion resistance, heat resistance for outdoor cooking environments, and low water absorption. It is available in Dekton Sirius and Dekton Aeris finishes.
Yes. Stainless steel countertops from NewAge are NSF certified to meet food safety standards. They are made from restaurant-grade 304 stainless steel, offering corrosion, rust, and all-weather resistance alongside easy-clean low-maintenance performance.
No. Engineered stone countertops have a non-porous surface that requires no sealing, unlike natural granite. They are resistant to staining, corrosion, rust, and weather exposure. Mitered edges provide a refined, seamless appearance with no visible seams.
Yes. Natural granite is porous and should be sealed periodically to maintain stain resistance outdoors. Granite sealant is available and recommended by NewAge. Despite this maintenance requirement, granite offers natural beauty and exceptional long-term durability.
Countertops are available in widths from 16 inches up to 96 inches, including extended configurations (18" Extended, 36" Extended, up to 72" Extended) and 2-side extended formats with bar shelf options. Corner pieces for L-shaped and U-shaped kitchens are available in 45-degree and 90-degree formats.
Stainless steel is available in brushed stainless steel. Dekton comes in Sirius and Aeris. Engineered stone is available in Nano Black, Nano White, and Saga Gray. Granite is available in Black Galaxy. Each finish is designed to complement NewAge's outdoor kitchen cabinet color options.
Yes. NewAge offers 2-side extended countertop configurations with a bar shelf in 54-inch and 72-inch widths. These are designed for configurations where guests can sit at the counter, creating an outdoor bar experience alongside the kitchen setup.
Stainless steel and granite countertops are compatible with both Classic Series and Signature Series kitchens. Dekton countertops are compatible with Classic Series kitchens only. Engineered stone countertops are compatible with Classic Series kitchens only. See the full compatibility chart at outdoor kitchen countertops.
The Essential Series uses stainless steel top modules as its countertop solution rather than the standard countertop range used with Classic and Signature Series. Standard countertop compatibility with the Essential Series should be confirmed through the product support or design team.
Countertops ship via freight given their size and weight. NewAge recommends White Glove delivery for countertop orders to ensure careful handling and placement. Heavy stone countertops such as granite and engineered stone require extra care during delivery and installation.
Stainless steel countertops are the most DIY-accessible countertop option due to their lighter weight. Stone countertops (granite, engineered stone, Dekton) are heavier and typically require two or more people for installation. NewAge's professional installation service is recommended for stone countertop configurations.
All NewAge countertops are stain-resistant and can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Granite countertops benefit from periodic application of a granite sealant. Stainless steel countertops can be treated with a stainless steel spray for added shine and protection.
