Let’s talk Teak
One of the unique properties of teak wood is its built-in defense against the elements. Naturally-occurring oils within the tree help to protect it from moisture, pests, mildew and UV rays, making teak the preferred choice for exquisite wooden outdoor furniture.
We only use Grade A teak to ensure a consistent grain with minimal aesthetic variations. Your furniture can be treated regularly to retain its original color or allowed to age gracefully and take on a beautiful silver-grey tone.
Knot your average Woven Rope
A popular choice for its durability and unique look, our woven rope furniture is highly resistant to all types of weather, including heavy winds and rain. The woven material contains polypropylene which has excellent UV resistance, preventing color-fading, and high resistance to absorbing water, so there’s no need to worry about mold or mildew.
Easy to clean and maintain, our tight weave provides added strength and comfortable support, for an inviting style that adds an organic texture to your space.
The power of Powder-Coated Aluminum
Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, aluminum is an ideal material for furniture that will be enjoyed out in the elements.
Our powder coating technique protects our furniture frames with a durable layer of beautiful color that’s electrostatically charged to adhere securely and baked on for smooth, long-lasting protection. Integrated microbeads add even more depth to the color, creating a rich, lustrous look you’ll enjoy for years.
All steel is not created equal
Our 304 grade Stainless Steel contains high levels of nickel and chromium in its composition, for an ultra-strong, yet lightweight frame material that’s corrosion resistant, and can easily hold up to rain, sleet and snow.
Stainless Steel is impermeable to water, does not rust, is not affected by mold or mildew, and doesn’t fade or crack when exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
The bright lustre and soft hairline finish of our stainless steel frames adds a sophisticated designer touch to any backyard set.

Sunbrella® fabric
Our outdoor furniture cushions are wrapped in Sunbrella® fabric, for the ultimate in luxury and ease of care. Solution dyed acrylic is colored all the way through, rather than only on the surface, which means your cushions are more resistant to UV rays, temperature changes and weathering, for longer lasting beauty.

Sunproof® by design
NewAge Products uses Sunproof® fabric for our Umbrella canopies, for extreme protection against the elements. Sewn from Solution dyed olefin, Sunproof fabric withstands prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, blocking more than 97% of harmful UV rays, and is specially treated to reduce fabric absorption of stains, keeping your umbrella looking clean and beautiful.

Caring for Outdoor Furniture Products
Cleaning Teak
- Remove debris with a soft nylon bristled brush.
- Clean the surface using a sponge or damp cloth with water and mild soap.
- Allow the wood to dry naturally.
To help prevent staining on teak components, NewAge recommends applying Golden Care’s Teak Shield on our products.
Treating Teak
- Clean the wooden parts with water and mild soap.
- Dry the wooden parts after cleaning and leave them for 24–36 hours remove all moisture before applying the oil.
- Apply teak oil by using a paint brush or a piece of cloth.
- Wait fifteen minutes, then wipe down with a cloth.
- Reapply every 6 months.
How to clean Stainless Steel
STAINLESS STEEL
- Wash regularly with clean fresh water, mild detergent and a micro fiber cloth.
- After washing rinse with clean water and wipe the surface dry with cloth, go with the direction of the grain on the brushed stainless steel.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or a scouring pad of any type as this will cause excessive wear and dull the finish.
NewAge recommends using a multi-surface cleaner or stainless steel cleaner to remove spots. If you have oxidation, apply clean water with a cleaning sponge and rub gently in the direction of the grain.
How to clean Powder-Coated Aluminum
POWDER COATED ALUMINUM PARTS
- Clean with water and a mild liquid detergent to remove any dirt or splashes.
- A microfibre cloth or sponge should be used to wipe over the surfaces of the furniture.
- Removing surface water with a drying cloth will help avoid water spots.
- Avoid using any abrasive cleaning agents on materials, as these could mark the surface of the powder coat.
This material is scratchable, do not use steel wool or Scotchbrite on powder coated surfaces.
How to clean Woven Rope
WOVEN ROPE
- Clean with water and a mild liquid detergent to remove any dirt or splashes.
- A microfibre cloth or sponge should be used to wipe over the surfaces of the furniture.
- Removing surface water with a drying cloth will help avoid water spots.
- Avoid using any abrasive cleaning agents on materials, as these could mark the surface of the woven rope.
How to clean Premium Fabric
PREMIUM FABRIC
- Before cleaning the fabric, brush away the loose dirt first.
- Always use a mild cleanser.
- For cushions exposed to direct sunlight or the everyday elements, we recommend storage of cushions when not in use.
- Do not use solvent type cleaners, do not use machine wash or dry clean.
Vacuum regularly, and avoid leaving in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
