Earn NewAge Dollars

Participants are eligible to earn NewAge Dollars (up to $750.00) on Qualifying Merchandise Purchases (made between July 7, 2023, and July 25, 2023) that meet or exceed the Minimum Purchase Threshold ($1,000.00). NewAge Dollars may then be applied towards future purchases made during the Reward Redemption Period (between October 3, 2023, and October 29, 2023). Minimum purchase threshold to redeem NewAge Dollars is $1000.00 before taxes. All references to “Dollars” shall refer to CAD. Subject to Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

This NewAge Spend & Earn Promotion (the “Promotion”) is being offered by NewAge Products Inc. (hereinafter, “NewAge”) to its customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each Participant (as defined below) and NewAge.

By participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Promotion. Changes to the Promotion will be communicated at https://newageproducts.com/ca/newagedollars/. The Promotion is owned and operated by NewAge Products Inc., a registered company in Ontario, Canada. Each Participant is responsible for knowing the terms and conditions of the Promotion. NewAge reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion or terminate the Promotion or your participation in the Promotion for any reason without prior written notice.

A. General

1. Participant agrees to allow NewAge to communicate with Participant by telephone, mail, email, website and other channels of communication. NewAge may also communicate with Participant by text message on Participant’s mobile device if permission is granted by Participant. Such communications may include advertisements, marketing materials, promotions, coupons, and other information regarding a Participant, NewAge’s products, the Promotion, etc., except where expressly disallowed as a profile preference. The NewAge logo and other NewAge logos and taglines are the intellectual property of NewAge. Promotion rules are void to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
2. Participant is responsible and shall be liable for any tax consequences which may result from Participant’s participation in the Promotion.
3. Abuse of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, failure to follow Promotion terms and conditions, policies and procedures, the sale or barter of NewAge Dollars and/or promotional offers and misrepresentation of facts relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by NewAge in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Participant’s participation in the Promotion and future disqualification from future promotions or programs offered by NewAge, forfeiture of all NewAge Dollars directly or indirectly accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused NewAge Dollars, and termination of any and all relationships with NewAge. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion, NewAge reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs.
4. NewAge reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by NewAge shall be final and conclusive in each case with no right of appeal. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions with respect to the Promotion.
5. NewAge reserves the right to make this Promotion and other promotional offers available to select Persons based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by Participant.
6. Participant should notify NewAge of any changes in personal or contact information such as email, telephone number, name, or address by contacting NewAge online (Contact Us) or by telephone (1-877-306-8930). Participant may cancel his or her participation in the Promotion at any time by notifying NewAge at the same email or telephone number noted above.
7. Privacy Policy: The Promotion is subject to and governed by the NewAge Privacy Policy which can be accessed at https://newageproducts.com/ca/privacy-policy/.

B. Definitions

1. “Person” means any limited liability company, corporation, charity, partnership, or any other entity, and individuals 18 years of age or older, who are not barred from receiving services or purchasing goods under the laws and regulations of its/their applicable jurisdiction(s).
2. “Participant” means any Person that is a customer of NewAge who obtains and/or applies a Promo Code, earns NewAge Dollars, or otherwise seeks to or does participate in the Promotion, as well as transferees, assignees, and successors of such Persons who obtain possession of a valid Promo Code through transfer, assignment, succession, or any other means of transfer.
3. “NewAge Dollars” means the amount, up to $750.00, reflected in a Promo Code earned by a Qualified Participant based on the Qualified Participant’s Qualifying Merchandise Purchases.
4. “Promo Code” means the combination of letters and numbers set forth in an email from NewAge to a Qualified Participant that when entered at the point of online checkout may apply the NewAge Dollars earned by such Qualified Participant as a discount towards future qualifying online purchases of NewAge Products made during the Reward Redemption Period.
5. “Qualifying Merchandise Purchases” means online purchases of NewAge Products made between 12:00 a.m. EST on Friday, July 7, 2023, and 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
6. “NewAge Products” means the goods in stock and offered online at https://newageproducts.com/ (for Persons in the United States of America) or https://newageproducts.com/ca/ (for Persons in Canada). NewAge Products does not include goods or services offered by or through any other location, website, retailer, store, offer site, or place.
7. “Minimum Purchase Threshold” means $1,000.00 after the application of any discounts, and excluding (a) purchases of gift cards, (b) the amount(s) of any and all applicable taxes, and (c) the value of NewAge Products returned and/or orders cancelled within sixty (60) days after the Order has been placed.
8. “Reward Redemption Period” means between 12:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, and 3:00 a.m. EST on Monday, October 30, 2023. Minimum purchase threshold to redeem NewAge Dollars is $1000.00 before taxes.
9. “Order” means an online purchase and sale transaction made by a Participant for NewAge Products.

C. Promotion Rules and Restrictions

1. Participants whose Orders of Qualifying Merchandise Purchases that meet the Minimum Purchase Threshold with will receive a Promo Code approximately sixty (60) days after the date of such Order. Trade Customers are not eligible for this Promotion.
2. Promo Codes: (a) are limited to one per Order; (b) are limited to one per Person; (c) are valid for one-time use only; (d) have no cash value; (e) are not for, or eligible for, resale; (f) cannot be combined with other offers and/or discounts; (g) must be entered at online checkout; (h) cannot be applied to previous purchases; (i) may be transferred (but not resold); and (j) will be deemed forfeited if not used during the Reward Redemption Period.
3. Returns of NewAge Products that were purchased using a Promo Code will have the value of the NewAge Dollars applied towards such purchase deducted from the amount refunded. Promo Codes, NewAge Dollars, and underlying discounts are valid for one-time use only, and will be deemed forfeited in the event all or part of the goods purchased using such Promo Code are returned.
4. NewAge is not responsible for lost or stolen Promo Codes, the full responsibility for which lies with the Participant.
