I received my order and I noticed damages or I was missing pieces.

If your order is damaged, please follow the steps below:

1. Open up all the products and inspect them for damages.

2. Please use the Replacement Form to complete the product damage form.

3. In the form, please include the following:

– Order number
– Brief description of the damaged unit(s)
– Pictures of the damages

4. After the form is submitted an automated email with a case ID will be sent and one of our customer service specialists will reach out to you in regards to a resolution.
