What is the refund policy?

In order to qualify for a full return, requests must be received in our office within 120 calendar days of the original delivery date. Please contact NewAge Products directly before returning your product at 1-877-306-8930 and a member of our returns department will assist you.

Products being returned must be ready for pick-up in the original boxes and securely placed on a pallet. If the original boxes are not available, the product should be securely wrapped in cardboard and placed on a pallet prior to the courier arriving. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

*Please note, installed or used products will not be refunded.

How do I return my order?

Please reach out to our returns team at: support@newageproducts.com or 1-877-306-8930 and select the option to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please have your order number readily available.

What is the warranty?

The warranty is dependent on the type of product. To find out the warranty on a specific product, please refer to the product page. Please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty.

How do I order parts under warranty?

For any warranty request, please follow the steps below and our customer service team will be more that happy to assist you.

1. Complete and submit the Replacement Form and make sure that you include the following in your form:
– Order number
– Brief description of the damaged unit(s) or missing items
– If your product was damaged, you must include pictures of the damages.

2. After the form is submitted an automated email with a case ID will be sent to you and one of our customer service specialists will reach out to you via e-mail or by phone in regards to a resolution.

How do I track my order?

I received my order and I noticed damages or I was missing pieces.

If you notice any damaged or missing pieces with your order, please make sure you complete the following steps:

1. Open up all the boxes and products and inspect them for damages.

2. To report a damaged or missing product, complete and submit the Replacement Form and make sure that you include the following in your form:
– Order number
– Brief description of the damaged unit/s or missing items
– If your product was damaged, you must include pictures of the damages.
