“There can be a couple reasons for this:
1. The cabinets are nested inside a locker or base for shipping purposes.
2. The order may be shipped from multiple locations which is known as a Split Order.
To confirm if your order is a Split Order, please review your order confirmation e-mail.
If the cabinets are not nested and is not a split order, please reach out to our customer service team
1. Open up all products and inspect them
2. Please use the link to complete the product replacement form
3. Please include the following:
– order number
– brief decryption of missing pieces
4. After the form is submitted an automated email with the case ID will be sent to your email and one of our customer service specialists will reach out to you in regards to a resolution.
