How do I track my order?

You should receive a confirmation email from NewAge Products. The email will contain a copy of your invoice/purchase and a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. Enter this order number on our track shipment page to find out your package(s) status.

I received my order and I noticed damages or I was missing pieces.

If your order is damaged, please follow the steps below:

1. Open up all the products and inspect them for damages.

2. Please use the Replacement Form to complete the product damage form.

3. In the form, please include the following:

– Order number
– Brief description of the damaged unit(s)
– Pictures of the damages

4. After the form is submitted an automated email with a case ID will be sent and one of our customer service specialists will reach out to you in regards to a resolution.

What is the difference between a light adapter and a connector?

The LED light adapter is a light strip that is accompanied by our LED light connector. The light adapter is the main power source which plugs directly into the outlet, the connector cable is also a light strip. This strip plugs directly into the adapter, an adapter can hold up to 3 connector lights.

Does the product get delivered inside my home?

For items being delivered with a freight carrier NewAge Products offers a curbside delivery, meaning the driver will leave the product at the end of the driveway. We recommend having two able bodied people there at the time of delivery to move the product into your location.
