Ingredient List

MAIN

12 – 14 Chicken Thighs & Legs
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tbsps. Sesame Oil
Garlic – 2 cloves finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsps. Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
Green Onions, for garnish
Toasted Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving an 1/8 cup of sauce.
  2. Coat all chicken thighs and legs in mixture and refrigerate covered for 4-6 hours.
  3. Pre-heat grill to a medium setting.
  4. Place your chicken on pre-heated grill, cooking each side and turning once. Remove your chicken once it has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Add reserved sauce, sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions to the cooked chicken.

Cooking Tips

  1. Let the meat rest! You may be tempted to dig right in once they’re done, but let them rest for a few minutes to lock in those juices.
