Ingredient List

MAIN

8 Bone in Pork Loin Chops
Salt & Papper

SAUCE

3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all BBQ Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, cook on stovetop at medium to high setting for approximately 7 mins or until sauce is cooked down and starts to thicken.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat setting.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Place pork chops on grill, coat with the BBQ sauce and cook for 12-15 mins. Flip once during cooking and basting the other side with BBQ sauce.
  5. Remove once an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
  6. Let rest 5 mins and serve with additional BBQ on the side.

Cooking Tips

  1. Be sure to bring your pork loin chops up to room temperature before grilling.
  2. Let the meat rest! You may be tempted to dig right in once they’re done, but let them rest for a few minutes to lock in those juices.
