Ingredient List

MAIN

2 Whole Salmon Fillets
2 Lemons
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 cup Grainy Mustard
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
Dill, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine honey, grainy mustard, juice of 1 lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper and equally pour over fillets.
  2. Spray your grill with cooking spray to ensure fillet will not stick. Alternatively, you could use a cedar plank.
  3. Preheat grill at a low/medium setting.
  4. Grill for approx. 9 minutes or until you reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Take off heat and garnish with fresh dill and circular lemon slices.

Cooking Tips

  1. Season your fish just before grilling to ensure no moisture loss.
  2. It’s best to use salmon fillets with the skin on, cooking skin side down – no need to flip!
  3. Use a cedar plank for extra flavor! When using a cedar plank, be sure to soak it for at least 2 hours to ensure it doesn’t burn up on the grill.
