Ingredient List

MAIN

2 Baguettes, halved and in thirds
3 lbs. thinly sliced Rib Eye Steak
2 Spanish Onion
2 Green Pepper
12 slices Provolone Cheese
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Cayenne
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper 


Cooking Instructions

  1. Thinly slice rib eye steaks and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne.
  2. Thinly slice onions and green peppers, mix with meat.
  3. Slice whole baguette lengthwise, and into thirds, lightly butter the inside.
  4. Attach griddle accessory to BBQ and set on medium heat level.
  5. Place meat and veggies on pre heated griddle and cook for 10mins while gently mixing.
  6. Place baguette pieces on grill to get lightly toasted approximately 1 min and set aside.
  7. Top each baguette evenly with the cheesesteak mixture and while warm add 2 slices of provolone, top with baguette half.
