Ingredient List

MAIN

8 pitted and halved Peaches
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Cinnamon, divided
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Chopped Pecans, as garnish
Mint Sprigs, as garnish 


Cooking Instructions

  1. Place pitted and halved peaches in a large bowl and drizzle with maple syrup.
  2. Then add 2 tsp of cinnamon and ½ tsp of salt and gently combine.
  3. Pre heat grill to low/med setting and grill 2-3 mins per side, then take off grill.
  4. In the meantime, combine 2 tsps. of cinnamon with the greek yogurt and set aside.
  5. Top your slightly cooled grilled peaches with cinnamon yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup, chopped pecans and fresh mint sprigs.
