Job Responsibilities:

1. User Management:

- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

- Maintain data security through effective access controls and sharing rules.

2. Data Management:

- Import, update, and ensure data quality using data loader tools.

- Perform regular data backups and maintain data integrity.

- Manage data deduplication and cleansing efforts.

3. Customization and Configuration:

- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain workflows, process builder, and approval processes.

- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

4. System Maintenance:

- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, including backups and updates.

- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues promptly.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.

5. Training and Support:

- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users.

- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.

- Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues.

6. Integration Management:

- Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications.

- Collaborate with developers to design and maintain integration solutions.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with the development team on feature implementations and enhancements.

- Communicate system status and project updates to management and stakeholders.

8. System Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements.

- Implement best practices for system performance and usage.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments for system efficiency.

9. Compliance and Security:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Implement and maintain data privacy and security measures.

- Monitor and manage data security settings.

10. Project Management:

- Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope. 

Qualifications Requirements:

  • - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • - Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • - Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, data management, and customization.
  • - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and system integrations.
  • - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
