3 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
8 Hamburger Buns
2 tbsps. Worcestershire
3 tsps. Salt
3 tsps. Garlic Powder
2 tsps. Black Pepper


TOPPINGS

Onion
Tomato
Ketchup
Mayonaise
Mustard 


Cooking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat grill to a medium setting.
  2. In a large bowl, add the beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.  Mix the ingredients with your hands until they are just combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into four, then each piece in half.
  4. Press meat mixture into the shape of a hamburger patty. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture, making 8 patties.
  5. Place the burgers on the grill. Cook 4/5 minutes per side, until the burgers have reached your desired doneness. Internal temperature of 160°F is a medium burger which is safe for both fresh and commercial ground beef.

  1. When forming the burgers, press your thumb into the center of the patty so they cook evenly and remain juicy!
